Google Search Console

Purpose

To verify domain ownership of https://techfinite.com/ in order to link it to the Google Play Console developer account.

Steps Followed

1. Opened Google Search Console

   • URL: https://search.google.com/search-console

2. Added Property

   • Selected "URL Prefix" option.

   • Entered: https://techfinite.com/

3. Chose Verification Method

   • Selected: HTML file upload (alternatively: DNS/Meta tag/etc.)

4. Verified Domain Ownership

   • Uploaded the HTML file to the root directory of the website:

     google-site-verification: googleaacffced2f08d76d.html

   • Clicked “Verify” in Search Console.

   • Status: Ownership Verified

5. Confirmed Active Ownership

   • Verified property now visible in Search Console dashboard.

6. Returned to Google Play Console

   • Navigated to: App Content > Website

   • Submitted verified website URL: https://techfinite.com/

   • Ownership status: Accepted
