Working Process

Step 1: Send an email to Communication Doctype, but before checking the content, Inclusion email text doctype verify that the subject line indicates it's intended for communication. Emails of any other type should be directly moved to the trash folder

Step2:Initially when the email comes it will check the subject of the mail and send it to trash if its not in the inclusion email text else the status of the email will be set to open .

Step3: The control panel uses a doctype to process emails and PDFs. When you click the Process Email button, the processing start.

Setp4:When you click "Process Email" in the control panel, the file moves to the file upload document type page.Email Parser Pattern
